SEEKING MOUNTAIN LAND: MINIMUM 10 ACRES OF PREFERABLE SUNNY MOUNTAINOUS LAND (20 to 200 acres being ideal)
In the perspective above, i am seeking mountenous rural raw land with these characteristics.
1. Mountenous area with lush forests and flora and wild-life. Well drained and facing South if on the side of a mountain.
2. With a springs and a river on the property (or if not available, a creek). A waterfall and lake or pond would be better.
3. Secluded in the midst of Nature wilderness. Off grid. And far from high tension voltage poles.
4. Sunny area, but not so much that there would be serious water shortage.
5. In an area with little if any pollution and far from hunters and mainstream developers (ideally). Far from cities, as this would guarantee air purity and affordability.
6. Buildable in terms of county code.
7. Not extremely far from airport, for people coming to the center. But up to 3 or 4 hours could be acceptable if the land was sublime.
Land Capacity, Economics, Legal Regulations
1. The land's capacity to nurture humans, animals, plants, fruit trees for food, shelter, healing and energy.
2. The purchase price, mortgage schedule, if any.
3. The restrictions placed on community-based enterprises and the availability of nearby jobs (as backups).
4. The zoning and other legal restrictions i.e. building codes, health regulations, etc. which will determine how many members can live on the land and what they can or cannot do in terms of activities. A summer village resort could be an adapted legal structure. Or land Trust (See legal section).
ON SACRED GEOMETRY GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. Relating to land with awareness, respect and interacting with it via shamanic skills not forgetting that synergy, symmetry and oneness are three of the underlying threads of exixtence.
2. Mapping the chosen site with magnetic, seismic and pollution maps which can help to find the power points, the hot spots and the devitalized zones which we want to avoid.
3. Maximizing South light and healing and heat structures.
4. Chosing bio-materials which can hold fractal charge – such as sand, wood, wool, straw, earth, stone, natural fabrics and some selected metals.
5. Build with respect, meaningfulness and playfulness by trusting the process, allowing the building to become a fractal attractor and a charged capacitor. The process should be based on the heart chakra and the laws of nature.
